Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), have received the product.

For orders consisting of multiple products or partial deliveries, the withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the last product or part.

2. Conditions for Returns

During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only use the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

If the product is used beyond what is necessary, a depreciation in value may apply.

Where reasonably possible, the product must be returned:

  • in its original condition and packaging
  • including all supplied accessories

3. Return Process

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period by:

  • using the model withdrawal form, or
  • another clear statement (e.g., by email)

After notification, you have 14 days to return the product.

4. Costs of Return

The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.

The risk and burden of proof for the return shipment lie with the consumer.

5. Refunds

We will refund the full purchase amount, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If you selected a more expensive shipping method than the standard delivery, the additional costs will not be refunded.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for, among others:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Digital content where delivery has begun with your consent
  • Services that have been fully performed with your prior consent

Where applicable, this will be clearly stated with the product or service.

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

In case of delays or partial/non-delivery, you will be informed in time. You then have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.

The risk of damage or loss remains with us until delivery has been completed.

8. Warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the stated specifications, and the legal requirements of soundness and usability.

Any additional warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
